AMS Support Analyst

Job Description

* Responsible for active job monitoring and able to provide quick RCA/resolution for the failures in 24/7 support model.
* Should be able to work independently on work items such as minor enhancements, bug fixes and have exposure on entire Implementation (Design, Estimation, Coding, and Testing) of medium to complex applications.
* Interact with clients of various levels and managing client expectations in terms of functionality, schedule and quality.
* Articulate alternatives and recommendations to clients and responding to their needs and challenges.
* Provide mentoring to junior members
* Strong experience in debugging and development skills in PL/SQL

* Ability to write design documents, technical functional specifications and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
* Strong attention to detail. Dedication to completing work on time-sensitive projects
* Strong understanding of database design. Able to write and debug complex Queries.
* Experience with ITIL process
* Adheres to schedule and Quality guidelines.
