Fidelity's Asset Management Emerging Technology group prides itself on delivering efficient, effective solutions for the Asset Management business by leveraging new technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing. A key factor to our success is largely dependent on the stellar ability of our program management team. We're currently searching for an experienced Program Delivery Lead to join the Emerging Tech leadership team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp business mind and a proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. As a natural leader, you will have a strong talent for project coordination and delegation. The Team

Our group's charter is to partner with all of the divisions within Asset Management and leverage new technologies such as AI and Machine Learning to drive investment performance, consistency, and scale. We work on a dynamic and diverse set of exciting, forward-thinking projects using ground breaking techniques, algorithms, and tools.

The Expertise You Have

* You will have a proven multi-year track record for successfully managing and coordinating multiple projects
* You will be well-versed in agile practices-how and where they apply (and don't apply) to Data Science
* You should understand the basic workflow of Machine Learning projects
* You should be comfortable understanding and speaking with highly technical associates as well as business partners
* You should have a working high level knowledge of the Asset Management business domain

* You must have superb communication (verbal, written, presentation) and influencing skills

The Value You Deliver

* Working closely with business partners, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, and timelines-see projects through to completion
* Coordinating and tracking multiple project teams simultaneously; identifying risks and opportunities across multiple projects
* Removing blockers and ensuring rapid progress is being made on projects
* Collaborating with partner technology organizations to productionize solutions and transition ownership to those teams
