Job Description

Harte-Hanks is looking for a person wanting to make an immediate impact in a rapidly changing, fast paced environment. The AI Bot Engineer would work within the Software Development group and focus on Research, Design, Development and Implementation of AI and AI Bots for new and existing clients. This position will be key to bringing new, emerging technologies into the Contact Center book of solutions.

Essential Functions

* Research and learn emerging AI / Bot technology
* Lead troubleshooting efforts by leveraging other teams and software vendors
* Own, Create, Maintain bots across multiple channels and clients
* Draft content for our chatbot and identify targeted follow-up questions based on keywords
* Responsible for communicating and generating reports to management to maintain efficiency of the bot
* Work with BI and engineering teams to ensure a great user experience
* Lead and develop chatbot flows
* Analyze and proactively manage problems and make decisions independently that impact the system
* Provide recommendations for the process and application improvements

A Great Candidate will have these skills

* Working knowledge of Oracle Digital Assistant / AI Bots
* 3+ years' experience in software development or AI Bot management
* Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability
* Experience with troubleshooting applications that span technologies and geographies.
* Understanding of change management principles and how to effectively apply them to a business's needs.
* Solid organizational and time management skills
