Job Description

Overview

Responsible for playing a key/critical role in realizing business value through the application of project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet business objectives. Reporting to Chief Product and Technology Officer.

Responsibilities

* Track, coordinate and facilitate the portfolio and its dependencies
* Unify project management processes between teams
* Manage collective activities, issues and risks
* Establish high level of transparency, efficient collaboration and trust; facilitate communication
* Track and communicate teams progress and metrics to higher management and stakeholders
* Drive agile transformation, advocate the process, protocol and values
* Ensure better synchronization between Product roadmap, priorities and development
* Work with POs and PMs on improving requirements qualities and backlog management
* Continually improve quality of teams' deliverables
* Weekly, monthly and Quarterly reporting on progress

Qualifications

* At least 8 years relevant experience
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
* Excellent client service, verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work well within a team and a proven ability to communicate well with clients and staff from other departments
* Very high level of attention to detail and organizational skills
* Mature, professional interpersonal style that will help build successful business relationships
* Must be able to successfully handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong ability to prioritize and willingness to take responsibility
