Overview

The Delivery Lead will work closely with Product Owners, Tech leads, designers, and Scrum Masters to map out projects, work with teams to implement and develop agile processes, define product vision, while delivering a quality product.

Responsibilities

* Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
* Working closely with our client and their Product Owners to identify goals and milestones
* Facilitating the process the team creates (like plannings, retros, workshops, and so forth)
* Assist Product Owner and team obtain vision, skills, clear goals, and so forth
* Fostering alignment within your teams and the organisation as a whole
* Guiding the team on self organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
* Coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable
* Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment
* Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving
* Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work
* Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
* Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
* Coaching and supporting the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining product backlog

Qualifications

* 3-5 years of experience in Agile Delivery Lead
* Experience and interest in Agile methodologies
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to succeed in a collaborative and fluid team environment
