Agile Delivery Documentation Specialist3 Month+ Contract
Location: Dallas, TX
We have a new job openings for an Agile Delivery Documentation Specialist to join our team and work on-site at our client's global HQ's based out of Dallas, Texas. This role will be responsible for working for Agile practitioners to create Agile delivery user guides, training materials, etc.
Responsibilities
o Consult with internal Agile practitioners to understand gaps in training and documentation
o Create user guides, training materials, etc. for Agile practitioners
o Consult with other technical content creators (architects, software engineers, etc.) and provide assistance in content design, creation and information architecture
o Update, maintain and innovate content owned by PMO Delivery team
o Assist with training internal team members on Agile practices
o Become an expert on Hilton's Agile team's delivery processes, procedures and tools and bring creative ideas on how to improve
o Manage multiple assignments simultaneously
Qualifications
o Proven track record of creating Agile delivery user guides, training materials, etc. for Agile practitioners
o Ability to take complex Agile delivery methods and develop effective content for intended audiences, both technical and business audiences
o Highly collaborative with ability to take multiple, potentially conflicting ideas, as well as different user perspectives and devise a viable content and content delivery solution that provides value to the content consumers
o Good understanding of Agile delivery practices, including but not limited to, Scrum, Scaled Agile, CI/CD
o Proficient in Confluence
o Working knowledge of other Atlassian products (JIRA, etc.)
o Experience defining and implementing Information designs
o Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
o Analytical, good at problem-solving
