JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Security provides security services throughout FOX and around the world. We are looking for an Administrator who can provide system oversight for our security systems; supporting the upkeep, programming, oversight, and maintenance of all deployed security systems; evaluating, testing, and reviewing new security systems as well as providing general technical support for our team.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Security System Application Support
* Provides programming, oversight, maintenance supporting security software systems including, but not limited to, the following systems and applications:
* Lenel OnGuard (Access Control Systems)
* Milestone NVR & AXIS Client Manager (Video Management (VMS)/CCTV Systems)
* Other security systems such as mass notification, social media monitoring, incident and dispatch, and visitor management


* Help coordinate the purchase, maintenance, documentation, and upgrade of security hardware and software as follows:
* Update security equipment
* Supervise and participate in troubleshooting hardware, network, and other issues
* Supervise procurement and installation of new PC hardware equipment


* Provide general operational and administrative support as follows:
* Liaise with FOX IT
* Audit security systems as instructed by management
* Assign and supervise login credentials on security systems for security personnel
* Obtain network login credentials for non-corporate staff
* Log, track and prioritize system issues
* Document processes and procedures
* Design credentials (badges, etc.) and other materials
* Develop and implement training materials




* Support investigations as requested by Security Management
* Research and test new security technology and potential systems solutions
* Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology/Computer Science, equivalent system-specific certifications, or applicable work experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with front-end programming and system administration experience, with the following system types preferred:
* Incident and dispatch
* Visitor management
* Emergency or mass notification
* Social media monitoring


* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including Project and Visio) and Adobe Acrobat
* Must be a strong and diplomatic communicator
