Job Summary

3-5 years managing and/or administrating CRM Data

Monitors disposition level data to identify trends among agents and campaigns

Audits data elements in CRM for completeness, integrity, and validity

Addresses gaps in CRM schema and collection process to create reduce time spent in records

Familiar with SSMS, SSRS, BI Software

Advanced knowledge of Excel

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

* Responsible for data integrity within Molina CRM relative to source information for Medicare and Marketplace
* Creates processes for data entry and creates logging standards to preserve core data assets for Medicare and Marketplace
* Creates and maintains policies and procedures that promote proper data collection habits and standardize metrics across stakeholders
* Facilitates utilization of CRM frontend and propose changes to training and interaction design to increase efficiencies and adoption of CRM and data principles.
* Ensures continuity between source databases utilized by Molina and CRM. Stewards departmental data dictionary as it interfaces with CRM platform
* Manages execution of Molina campaigns as they exist in CRM Data
