Job Description

The Ad Ops Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of digital ad campaign management sold across the Conde Nast portfolio of sites and video partners. The ideal candidate has proven experience with ad trafficking and reporting, and a curiosity about the media landscape and digital technologies.

Primary Responsibilities

* Manage the implementation and performance of all digital ad campaigns for a given sales team; ensuring execution according to insertion orders.


* Coordinate with outsourced vendor partners, handling administrative tasks associated with launching campaigns.


* Work with clients and agencies to manage technical implementation of third-party rich media creative. Thoroughly test and QA all ads prior to launch.


* Proactively monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance; providing recommendation and consultancy for full optimization of campaigns.


* Provide recommendations to marketing and sales on new products and digital media landscape to stay up to date with the industry.


* Expert knowledge on site specs, ad units and templates.


* Expert knowledge of Google Ad Manager to serve as primary liaison and support for sales operations colleagues.



Desired Skills and Qualifications

* Must possess 1-3 years of digital experience


* Expertise with Google Ad Manager or other ad servers a must


* The ability to self-prioritize tasks


* Proficient in Excel; Knowledge in HTML, JavaScript, and Photoshop beneficial


* Prior knowledge of debugging tools such as Charles or dev tools beneficial
