Access Management Analyst

1 Year+ Contract

Location: Dallas, TX

We have 2 immediate job openings for Access Management Analysts to join our team and work on-site at our client's global HQ's based out of Dallas, TX. The Access Management Analyst will sit on the growing Global Access Management team and report to the Sr. Manager, Global Information Security. The Global Access Management team is responsible for the analysis, provisioning, support, and governance of system access for more than 2,000 global users across over 150 business applications and systems. This position will be a foundational role in Access Administration and Governance within a quickly growing team, with ample opportunity to grow as the team expands.

Responsibilities

o Addition, modification, and removal of user access from business applications and systems administered by Global Access Management.

o Ongoing management and resolution of queued access requests, access issues and other access-related tasks.

o Establishment of new centralized access administration processes for a pipeline of business applications and systems currently administered by decentralized teams and vendors.

o Learning and training others on user add/change/delete processes specific to new and existing business applications and systems.

o Documentation and maintenance of access administration standard operating procedures.

o Troubleshooting, resolution and root cause analysis of user access issues reported by supported users.

o Generation of user access reports for supported applications and assistance with other Global Access Management functions as needed.

o Experience Shell scripts for automation of the build and release process.

o Experience in Atlassian Tool Stack (JIRA, Confluence, Fisheye/Crucible, Bamboo, Bitbucket).

o Nice to have experienced in DevOps tools such as Chef, Vagrant, Puppet, Ansible, Bamboo, Jenkins, Maven, ANT, SVN, GIT, Docker, Kubernetes, Openshift and EKS.

Qualifications

o Minimum 1 year of Information Security experience

o 2 years of business/system analytics experience

o Must have experience with Access Management

o Bachelor's degree required

o Effective and clear written and verbal communication

o Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in user access configuration

o Ability to manage task-load independently with minimal supervision

o Strong grasp of general access management and information security concepts including Principal of Least Privilege, access appropriate to role, and segregation of duties

o Disciplined adherence to established information security policies and user access operating procedures and adaptive where guidance is not present.

o Strong documentation skills with regards to standard operating procedures.
