Job Description

The Access Certification Team Lead will be part of the Information Security's Identity & Access Management team within the Information Technology Division. This individual will be responsible for leading data management and facilitation of all corporate-mandated, periodic security reviews conducted across the company. These security reviews will encompass infrastructure privileged access, SOX-Financial access and any other access rights associated to assets deemed as high-risk in support of compliance with the company's established Directives, Standards and/or Controls.

Your Work Falls into Two Primary Categories:

Operational Execution

* Oversee the timely execution/completion of the company's periodic security certification efforts surrounding infrastructure privileged, SOX/Financial-significant and other 'high-risk' user permissions and resources.
* Facilitation of security certifications activities encompassing internally owned accounts/resources across all SOX-Financial applications and all IT infrastructure platforms.
* Constant collaborations with Management and Risk Partners communicate necessary updates around all required process control objectives, narratives and protocols, ensuring continued alignment with existing Information Security Directives and Standards.
* Execution of certification campaign activities, reporting, auditing and other processes through SailPoint IdentityIQ application.

Technology

* Understand capabilities and features of SailPoint IIQ System.
* Work with IS Solutioning team on documentation of requirements to support future-state SailPoint application enhancements and/or future project implementations.
* Work with team to further enhance pre-certification activities, including data validations procedures, artifact collections and respective updates to associated process documentations.
* Develop, maintain and provide formal training to new certifiers across the Enterprise and work with users to provide prompt issue resolution during active campaign cycles.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent concentration.
* 5 of more years of experience within the Information Security field.
* 5 of more years of experience within the Identity Access Management area.
* Ability to provide leadership and guidance on team strategy to peers.
* Ability to communicate effectively with Management level.
* Strong analytical skills.
