Position Overview

Replicon is looking for senior level Web UI Developers who are passionate about user interface design to help build our time tracking platform. At Replicon, we are building simple, easy and clever ways for employees and companies to track time and you will have the opportunity to collaborate on the only holistic time management solution in the industry.

In this role, you will be a go-to expert working closely with the Design and Web Services Engineering teams to create and implement an interface that can give our customers and prospects a consumer-type experience within our business application. You will bridge the gap between design and implementation, taking an active role on both sides to help define how our solution looks, as well as how it works. The front-end you help to deliver will directly impact the success of our new customer acquisition and existing client retention goals.

You have:

* 5+ years of experience in UI/Front-End development preferably with recent experience working on an enterprise application
* expertise with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React (with material-UI); bonus if you've worked with Google's Material Design
* a desire to create a beautiful, intuitive front-end experience with a determined attitude of getting things done and solved
* a collaborative approach of working with all team members to reflect on what's working and what's not; it's not a blame game, but you're in it to win it for the betterment of the company
* a record of being loyal to a company; to see it through the ups and downs and wanting to stay until you reach the company goals
