Job Description

Your contribution to the team includes:

* Draft agile epics and stories; maintain backlog with high quality stories, acceptance criteria, and current priority.
* Partner with engineering, technical product management, user experience, project management, and QA to investigate, document, and maintain business and technical processes.
* Facilitate user testing programs, including business acceptance testing and user research.
* Articulate user personas and needs.
* Document competitive landscape, release notes, workflows, processes, case studies, training materials, and technical alternatives for specific epics or feature sets.
* Partner with Triad(s) to deliver road map commitments on-time, on-scope, on-quality.
* Participate in scrum ceremonies to ensure that there is an understanding of the user stories,enabling sizing and task breakdown to occur, and maximizing team productivity.
* Manage defect triage and resolution in partnership with business or support teams.

What you'll need to be successful:

* Bachelor's degree.
* 1-2 years of experience with agile software development.
* Scrum Master Certification and Product Owner Certification preferred.
* Jira and Confluence experience.
* Experience with wireframe and design analysis, business/ecommerce/SaaS application analysis, and use case diagram development.
* Demonstrated leadership potential to effectively work across multiple teams.
* Deadline-conscious, results-driven,and high-performing in a high-intensity environment.
* Attention to detail, the ability to analyze complex systems,and the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational communication skills; must be able to communicate with technical teams and business stakeholders, as well as clearly document software for these audiences.
* Demonstrated people skills; must be able to collaborate effectively with diverse personalities and skill sets and enjoy constructive conflict.
* Willingness to travel up to 20%.
