This company was founded by serial entrepreneur, Justin Langseth (one of the original guys at Microstrategy and one of the co-founders of Claraview, Clarabridge and Augaroo) with the goal of defining a new standard for how people access, interact and consume data. Justin brought together a core team of people that he had worked with in the past, and they set out to to build Zoomdata. Since their founding in September of 2012, they've raised over $20M dollars in venture funding, deployed to 20 customers, and have set the standard for Big Data Exploration, Visualization and Analysis. I know, its not a sexy story about a napkin and beers, but would you rather the story or the company and technology be awesome?
