How we Interview and hire:
The first step of our interview process is an informal telephone conversation with a recruiter. We’ll get to know more about you and your interests and you’ll get the opportunity to learn about the role and our company, so we can help decide if Zignal is a good fit.
This is followed by a phone/video interview with one of our engineers. We’ll explore the areas of specialization listed on your resume and ask technical questions. We may also ask you to solve a problem using online collaboration software.
Next, we’ll invite you onsite for a chance to meet with Zignal’s VP of Engineering and the hiring manager, as well as few relevant members of the engineering team. We’ll run through some problem-solving exercises, give you the chance to get to know us, our tech stack and our culture.
If at that point we all agree that this is a great fit, we’ll run the numbers and come up with a compensation package that works for everybody.
