Zapier is 100% remote. We can manage the interview process around your schedule. There isn't a need for you take off for an entire day to meet us. We prefer to move quickly but we understand people have personal lives too! We have designed our process to replicate work life at Zapier with asynchronoous collaboration via Google Docs, Github, and Zoom calls.
Recruiter Interview - Our recruiter talk about your current role and what's ideal for you in the next. We'll run through some technical and functional questions relevant to the role.
Job Fit Interview - A call with the hiring manager to take a deeper dive on your background and role.
Skills Assessment - Zapier is 100% remote and the primary communicate in writing to each other. The Skills Assessment is a "take home" project to cover communication and job skills knowledge. Software Engineers will code a solution with a process we automate through Github you can read about here.
Skills Interview - Discuss your Skills Assessment result with the team and cover a few more topics about the day in the life on the job.
Final Interview - Members outside of your team will ask questions based on our values.
