We are live in over 600 Corporate locations, 70 universities and 800 retailer locations, including Caffe Nero and Planet Organic. For Shoppers, Yoyo is a sleek, easy-to-use app that allows fast, secure mobile payment, automatic loyalty collection on every purchase and offers and brand interactions personalised to previous purchasing behaviour. For Retailers, it takes customer identification, previously the domain of only the biggest brands, and democratises it.
Being fast and offering a quality experience is important to our business. We believe that our hiring process should be no different. Our aim is to extend an offer within one week of the initial conversation with Yoyo. Our interview stages are usually as follows -
1) An Initial call with our CTO, Ali, or senior member of the engineering team
2) A coding challenge or review of code that you've already written
3) Interviews with your potential future teammates and VP of People, Geraldine Butler-Wright, to ensure that there's a fit between us all - we see this as very much a two way process
4) Meeting our CEO and Co-Founder, Michael Rolph
