How We Interview & Hire

Once we reach out to you, the interview process two steps
Step 1: Technical Test - a take home assignment that you should be able to do in 2-3 evenings

Step 2: Onsite interview with an interview panel made up of engineers. The onsite has 3 stages each lasting 45 minutes
- Technical / Whiteboard Session
- Discussion about engineering practises and processes
- Competency / Cultural Fit
