    How We Interview & Hire

Once we reach out to you, the interview process has three steps...

Step 1: Informal conversation with a member of the dev team about software engineering trends, best practices and processes.

Step 2: Technical Test - a take home assignment that you should be able to do in 2-3 evenings (fitting around your work and social life)

Step 3: Onsite interview with an interview panel made up of engineers. The onsite has 3 stages each lasting 45 minutes
    - Technical / Whiteboard Session
    - Discussion about your career goals and interests
    - Competency / Cultural Fit

We welcome any questions that you might have during the whole interview process.
