Our interview process begins with an introductory call to help you better understand the opportunity, and so that we can understand what you're looking for in your next role. This should help us both understand if Worklete could be a good fit for you given your interests.
Next, we do a functional call where we learn more about your background and what you've accomplished. This is an opportunity to show off your experience, and how you think it could fit well with what we're looking for.
Finally, you'll be invited on-site so you can meet with a range of our team members. We're a small and collaborative group, so you'll be working closely with all departments. Our onsite interview is designed to understand how you like to function in a small, fast-paced and collaborative environment, as well as assess your technical skills. It will help us get a real sense of what you bring to the team and where you shine!
Depending on the position as a last stage, we may ask candidates to complete an assignment and present it to the team in a final on-site interview. This is a great opportunity to wow us with the quality of your work, and for us to see the way you problem-solve.
