We are looking for a CTO with 7-8 years experience to help manage WorkingGroupLink through an upcoming phase of rapid growth, and profitability shortly thereafter.
Our approach is classic "verticalization" (http://tinyurl.com/btu927p). Our customers are highly regulated, traffic in very sensitive information, and extremely conservative about how they conduct business. With that in mind we have built the perfect collaboration tool for a unique industry, digitizing a paper-based process, and are now deploying it to large, prestigious, global institutions. We benefit from our CEO's 12 years of domain knowledge and relationships.
We are capital efficient - have built an enterprise grade product with bank level security with two people and very little capital - and do not expect to need substantial outside capital going forward (i.e. you won't be massively diluted prior to exit).
If you are looking to spend 10 years on something that may or may not work out, we're probably not the company for you. If you would like to spent a year or three managing the technical aspects of a rapidly growing company, help sell it, and generate a nice return for yourself, we probably are.
Accepted into Acceleprise's (enterprise-specific accelerator) 2015 cohort of 10 companies, of 250 applicants. Subsequently closed a small seed round.
