In 2019, Laurel Road was acquired by Key Bank, one of the largest banks in the country. You will collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including UX Design, Marketing, Mortgage SMEs, PMO, Legal, and Compliance. If you are interested in using cutting edge technology to revolutionize the financial industry, while working with a driven and collaborative team, Laurel Road Engineering is a fit for you.
Our primary Engineering hub is in San Diego, but we're also hiring in New York City, where our management team is based.
We're proud to have cultivated a team of world-class software engineers, from an incredibly diverse set of engineering disciplines. We ground our search on three principles:
we look for high energy, humble technologists - we have the distinct privilege of building software for a living, and that's something to be energetic about!
we seek super high caliber individuals, from a range of fields - traditional software, but also more broad engineering disciplines, including nanotechnology, chemical engineering, and financial engineering.
if you're high energy and high caliber, we think you have a lot to be optimistic about! But our optimism isn't blind - one of our central mantras is "skepticism affords optimism". Ask the right questions, and you can afford to be even more optimistic.
