At VoucherCodes it's our mission to make life more affordable. For the past decade we've been committed to helping people save more. Working with over 5,000 retailers and restaurants online and in-store, our London based team work hard every day to secure the best exclusive savings for our site and app.
We're proud to be part of RetailMeNot, the world's largest marketplace for digital offers.
We know that success is a journey and that without a motivated and engaged team, we wouldn't get very far. We're committed to making sure that everybody at VoucherCodes believes in our vision and understands how their hard work is key to delivering our objectives. Everybody plays a part in making a difference.
We believe a friendly working environment where we all respect, support and inspire one another helps people perform at their best. Encouraging a relaxed and fun work culture, with awesome team spirit and social life, means we enjoy where we work. No matter how big we grow, we will always stay a small company in spirit.
Join us at our bright, spacious open-plan office. Situated in the heart of London, we occupy the 6th floor of the iconic ITN building alongside ITV and Channel 4 News. The area is home to a wonderful array of cafés, restaurants and bars. For the more adventurous, there's some of the best street food London has to offer right on our doorstep.
Our office has a huge kitchen and we make sure to keep our fridge and cupboards stocked with snacks, drinks, bread, cereals, fresh fruit and avocados. Lots of avocados. So, help yourself to breakfast in the morning together with some freshly ground coffee.
We have an Xbox, PS4 and Nintendo Switch to keep the gamers in the office happy at lunchtime, together with a chillout space and balcony for those who just want to read, catch up with colleagues, or check their social feed. And of course, there's the ever-popular table football, dart board, table tennis and pool table too!
Many of the VoucherCodes team are leaders in their field, who regularly speak at national and international conferences. We actively hire people at the top of their game and do everything we can to keep them there.
As a result, personal development is something we feel very passionately about. We have a generous book and conference budget for each team to use for personal development, as well as regular relevant training sessions. We also put aside dedicated time each month for you to work on your personal development goals.
Feedback is important and it works both ways. Biannual appraisals and target setting ensure that you're feeling challenged and help you understand what's coming next.
We know that your time is precious so we ensure our hiring process is rigorous, but as lean as it can be. We promise we won't call you in for multiple interviews or leave you waiting for an answer. Formal offers are usually made within 24 hours of final interview.
We always start out with a telephone call, up to 30 minutes, with one of our team. We'll ask some basic general questions and have a chat with you about what you are looking for in your next role. It's also a great chance for you to ask us any initial questions.
If we both want to proceed we'll invite you in for an on-site interview. The format of the interview differs depending on the role, but you should expect to be here for 2-3 hours and be interviewed by at least 2 people from our team. Some of our on-site interviews also feature a whiteboard, written or hands-on exercise.
