We are a data business incubator which is part of Vista Equity Partners, the largest software, data, and technology focused PE fund in the world. GoFish will be our first business launch.
The data team builds new businesses for Vista Equity Partners using the data we have access to in our portfolio companies. We take an incubator approach, building new businesses from scratch using centralized resources (not portfolio company resources). Our process begins by identifying market problems where insight derived from our data provides meaningful commercial value. Our goal is to build recurring revenue data and insight businesses. The data team is a multi-disciplinary unit that can take raw data from source to commercial product. We are responsible for all aspects of systems architecture, data science and analytics, product ideation, product development, and go-to-market activities.
GoFish will be our first product and new business, currently in beta. General release is slated for later this summer.
