Our goal is to make the interviewing process as fun as possible because we know that you're going through a lot of them. Instead of multiple exhausting hour-long sessions whiteboarding with every member of the team, we want to get you programming something you can see in action.
We start with a typical hour long phone conversation to learn more about you, answer any questions you have about Vidora, and go over a couple coding exercises using Coderpad.
If that goes well, we'll sometimes have another round of phone conversations, but typically schedule a day session at our office. During that session, you will meet the team, go through one 45 minute whiteboard interview, and then spend the rest of your time working on a fun coding project that you can later demo to the team.
We like to move quickly and can typically make a formal offer very soon after your time in the office.
At Vidora we believe it's important to do what you love, but it's just as important to do it with a great team. Life is too short to spend it working with people you don't get along with, and we are constantly looking to build a culture that encourages each other to work hard and have fun while doing it. Transparency is important, and each member of the team should feel responsible for the success and output of the company.
