At ustwo we shape, design, build and test digital products that make a meaningful impact to our clients, their customers, and the world. We help our clients find solutions to their business problems. Those solutions can live in a small screen or a big screen, running anything from Android to iOS to web. Sometimes, the solution doesn't need a screen at all. Our teams work in a collaborative, cross-discipline environment where everyone is responsible for quality and encouraged to look beyond their immediate role.
The engineering team is looking for a full-stack engineer to work with our clients across the project life cycle, from highly strategic discovery work to large-scale build projects and everything in between. In this role, you will be able to: Build scalable server/client-side systems; Build prototypes to help explore new propositions; Promote our ways of working and developer workflows with our clients and Help us improve our tools, processes, and knowledge.

How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with a hangout call which we call a Chemistry meeting! In this meeting, we help you understand the opportunity better, know more about ustwo and also get to know each other. The second round consists of a technical assessment expected to be completed in four hours. This is your opportunity to show us your coding skills but most importantly your thinking. Lastly, you will be invited to the Studio for a pairing exercise and a cross functional interview with some representatives from the engineering team and other disciplines like design, delivery, product, HR, Operations, etc. This onsite selection process lasts for about two hours. The first hour is a pairing exercise with one of our full stack engineer to build up on the exercise you completed in the second round; the next hour is scheduled for the cross functional interview.
