TruValue Labs produces sustainability data at the speed of current events. Our flagship product Insight360 uses artificial intelligence to provide analysts and investment managers with continuously updated, relevant, material analysis and scores for 8,500+ public companies worldwide. Unstructured semantic data like news stories are rated by algorithms for accepted Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) factors. The platform is transparent: Users can easily view underlying data items and choose custom filters.
Our Recruitment Process
Our interview process begins with an introduction call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide there is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone interview to either deep dive into your resume (non-technical roles), or for a technical screen (engineering/data roles). Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several people on the team. Our final stage is the offer phase.

Scalability: We are transforming an entire industry. Everything that has been done historically in the ESG and Alternative Investment Signal industries has been done by hand. What I mean by that is that human analysts went and handpicked numbers or made inferences out of text and reports. We can do this better by smarter use of technology, we can make this easier and economical with our smarts and how we build technology.
It doesn’t stop there though, we will be asked to cover more companies, mutual funds or whatever investable vehicle there might be. That can only be done by being diligent and scalable from the core. Further, we will only grow our business by being equally smart about scaling our sales and marketing efforts. We are not one-to-one, we are one-to-many – right from the core.
Transparency: Our clients like that we do things different. We heard over and over that data in the past wasn’t really transparent. We have changed that with our software solutions and strive to do so in the future. TruValue Labs is built around transparency for our users, making it easy to use and discover data and information. Allowing users to easily create analysis, reports and other ways to interact with our data and information and doing so in the most transparent ways.
However, this does not mean that we will share core IP or algorithms with our clients but we do strive to make as much information as accessible as the business allows us.
