Our customer-first approach has made us the highest rated online mortgage broker on Trustpilot, and key partnerships with the likes of Zoopla have helped us reach millions of homeowners across the UK. But with £10 billion wasted each year by homeowners being on the wrong mortgage deal, we’re far from done.
We have big ambitions, and this is reflected in the funding position we’re now in - nearly £20 million from carefully selected institutional investors including Goldman Sachs, Propel, and LocalGlobe - investors that have backed the likes of IHS Markit (Nasdaq), coinbase, DocuSign, Citymapper, Improbable, Lovefilm (acquired by Amazon), Transferwise and Zoopla (London Stock Exchange).

We tend to be flexible in our approach. We make our hiring process work around you - we understand that you do have a life outside of our interview process so are happy to accommodate. However, you can find below a taste of what our process usually looks like:
Initial chat with someone from the Talent team (30min) - We do have a career website and you can do some research about us, but there are surely things only insiders can bring to you. This will be the opportunity for you to discover Trussle from another angle.
Technical phone call with an engineer (30min) - Now that you know a bit more about us, we would like to know more about you. We want to make sure Trussle would be the right place for you to choose as your next work home.
Take-home challenge (in your own time) - A fun and simple challenge which will be reviewed by two of our engineers in 24-73 hours upon submission.
On-site interview (half a day) - you get to meet the team, engineers and non engineers alike, we want to make sure Trussle is a place that you will not regret to choose as your next home.
Regardless of the outcome at any stage of the process, we will endeavour to give you constructive feedback and provide additional resources as regards your job search, as applicable. We are keen to be of value in regards to your career and role search.
Ahead of sending an offer, we will send you heads of terms which you can, and are encouraged to input on. We would love to hear your questions and see how we can best shape the offer together.
