How We Came To Be

Our story is simple, perhaps boring. Its not flashy, it was not started in a dining room (that was my last startup), and it was not conceived of over beer and a napkin, although I do think beer provides lots of inspiration we may not always be consciously aware of. So here it is:

VC firm has deep relationships with pharma and life sciences companies. They collaborate to identify key needs and market opportunities. VC firm incubates ideas and explores the market. VC firm presents opportunities and 2 are chosen, TriNetX is one of them. VC and close pharma partners provide seed funding to vet ideas further and perform deep due diligence which results in an $18m investment (Yeah! This was not boring). Since that initial funding, we've released a great product, built a network of over 50M patient lives, captured our first customers and raised additional funding totaling $75M. We have and continue to build a business with a team steeped in startup and healthcare experience.

One June 1, 2014 we had 3 employees, as of October 2016 we have over 50. We are growing quickly and we are still developing our culture, suffice to say though it is an environment where people are empowered. If you are passionate, thoughtful, smart, and take initiative then you will fit right in. If you are just looking for a job then this may not be the right place for you.
