We were incubated within Treliant Risk Advisors, an industry leading financial services consulting firm that is a trusted adviser to hundreds of financial institutions across the country. Treliant Risk Advisors' team consists of former financial institution executives, former regulators, accomplished lawyers and long-time industry advisers. This team possess deep knowledge of the most critical challenges their clients face everyday which feeds the design and delivery of the solutions that Asurity Technology builds. This partnership means we are uniquely positioned to transform these valuable insights into industry-changing products.

Our team at Asurity Technologies and the team at Treliant Risk Advisors encountered two companies with high quality solutions in verticals we knew best; Fair Lending and Mortgage Documents. The founding team at RMS, a provider of HMDA, CRA and Fair Lending solutions, and the founding team at MRG, a mortgage document preparation company, shared our vision of providing the best solutions to the toughest compliance challenges, so we joined forces. We have invested heavily in continuing to improve the technology of our solutions, build a cutting-edge infrastructure and hire an exceptionally talented team.
