TokenCard was created by two incredibly smart & visionary guys who after meeting Vitalik Buterin in Taiwan, were inspired to pursue their own vision, and so Mel and David co-founded TokenCard. They launched to the world shortly after Devcon 2 in Shanghai and in early 2017 they raised $17M. We’ve also recently joined the FCA’s Sandbox (Cohort 4).
We're super lucky to have our engineering team led by visionary CTO Mischa Tuffield, who deftly guides our technical vision and roadmap. He holds a PhD from the University of Southampton, an AI Degree from Edinburgh University, has worked with Sir Tim Berners-Lee at two startups, taken two through to exit. He's also worked on various W3C protocols and specifications.
Following the initial intro call with our Talent Partner/HR, we have a 3/4 step process that includes:
- An 'At Home' technical challenge
- 1st Onsite interview comprises of meeting the CTO and a couple of our engineers for a task feedback session followed by a realtime exercise
- Final Onsite interview will be with our Product Lead, followed by meeting one of our Founders.
We’re moving fast, so we aim for the whole process time to be between 1-2 weeks!
