Early this year we introduced resources to our hiring team around interviewing biases. Being aware of our biases is a good first step, but there are also structural and individual ways to mitigate & minimize the effect of our biases. We have created a structured and planned interview process that seeks to give every candidate an equitable evaluation.

With an engineering team split between Austin and Lagos, Nigeria, we know from experience the importance & impact of diversity within Engineering teams.
