    Foundry develops creative software for the Digital Design and Media and Entertainment industries. With a 20-year heritage and a portfolio of award-winning products, Foundry advances the art and technology of visual experience in partnership with creative leaders around the globe.

    Clients and partners include major feature film studios and post-production houses such as Pixar, ILM, MPC, Walt Disney Animation, Weta Digital, DNEG, and Framestore as well as automotive, footwear, apparel and technology companies such as Mercedes, New Balance, Adidas and Google. Foundry partners with these companies to solve complex visualization challenges to turn incredible ideas into reality.

    The company’s products are used to create breathtaking visual effects sequences on a wide range of feature films, video-on-demand, television and commercials. Foundry software has been integral in the making of every VFX Oscar-winning film, award-winning TV show and commercial for more than a decade.

    Our Recruitment Process

    We want your interview process with us to be as seamless as possible so we have tried to streamline it into these three stages:

    1. After our initial introduction through HIRED, we'll book you in for telephone call with Chloe or Andy on the Talent Team , they'll tell you more about Foundry, our culture, the role in detail, gain a better understanding of your background and give you a chance to ask some of those nitty-gritty questions.

    2. Following a successful call, we'll book you in for a technical phone call with one of our Lead Engineers. They will dig deeper into your profile, find out more about your past experiences, motivations and technical knowledge. They'll talk through the team dynamics and give you an insight into the day to day runnings of the position.

    3. Finally, we bring you on-site for an interview at our HQ in London. You get to meet the team, see the office and gain a better feel for the environment. We'll set you up with a technical assessment followed by a behavioural session with a few of the engineers from the team. Don't worry, we'll have plenty of time for Q&A at the end as well.

    And After That?

    Our talent team will sit down with the engineers to discuss your interview process and make a decision. We appreciate the effort each candidate puts into the process so we endeavour to provide constructive feedback regardless of the outcome.

    On the success of an interview, we will ask for your address, potential start date and write up the contract. We will send through both the Offer Letter and Contract, along with the awesome Foundry Benefits to the email address provided - all you have to do...
