About Us

Tandem is on a mission to empower Creators (aka “Social Influencers”) with tools & insights to achieve success. We are laser-focused on providing Creators a platform to manage their social businesses. Starting with branded content, Tandem allows Creators to promote themselves to Brands where it matters most: alongside their content. Creators then receive valuable insights and objective guidance throughout the process so they can manage branded content with confidence. Brands can simplify the communication, negotiation, legal, feedback, content creation, and payment processes. The end result is an efficient, effective, and enjoyable experience that is much better than traditional methods. Tandem is located in Santa Monica and plans to expand to a variety of additional tools & insights for Creators, Brands, and Agencies.

Interview Process

Round 1: phone call
Round 2: technical assessment
Round 3: meet with 2-4 people that work on the engineering team
Round 4 (if necessary): meet with 2-3 other people

If all goes well, we will extend an offer.
