Antha is our groundbreaking software platform that has the potential to revolutionise biological research. It allows processes that were previously highly manual and time consuming to be automated and linked into executable workflows that are reliable, shareable and scalable.

We're effectively building a visual IDE that interacts with existing sets of robotic lab equipment and lowers the technical level of entry to use them. This makes it easier for researchers to include automation in their experiments, as well as making it possible to save multivariate experiments as Antha files making them shareable, repeatable & consistent!

Already Antha is in use in pharma, industrial biotechnology, agriculture, and pure research - we're already working with clients and partners such as GSK, Merck, Oxford Biomedica, Cambridge Consultants and Microsoft.

FUNDING & AWARDS

We've recently gone through a Series B funding round, raising an additional $25.6m and we've scaled by around 100% in the last 12 months. We have a shiny new office in West London (complete with all mod cons and an on-site wet-lab!), we're investing in growing our engineering teams while ensuring we continue to only hire highly skilled, friendly and collaborative people.

We have flexible working, with a 35 hour working week and core hours for engineers being 11:00-16:00.

INTERVIEW STAGES:

We interview using a simple 4 stage process:-

1. Initial 30 minute Phone Screen with our internal recruitment team.
2. Online Skills Test.
3. Technical Video Interview (45 mins).
4. On-site Assessment (4 back to back interviews and a tour of our lab). Meet with your potential colleagues, solve some more technical problems, ask us as many questions as you like! It's important that you feel comfortable that this is the right move for you!

Your experience is important to us, and we try to give feedback quickly at each stage, including making offer decisions within 48 hours of the final interview in most cases.
