The Streamhub project was created on the back of a profitable online video platform consultancy where development began in 2013 with the hiring of a big data team. Completing its development in the end of 2014, Streamhub was the winner of the Digital TV Group's 2014 Innovation awards subsequntly launching its service commercially in 2015.
We initially focused on accurate and speedy analytics, with a particular interest in features to develop audience loyalty through video content for VOD services.
Moving forward, Streamhub's vision is to be the single hub of all data streams related to video audiences, to build meaningful profiles of every single user. This data in turn, is massaged through algorithms and machine learning techniques to improve audience retention and targetability for remarketing or advertising purposes.
