Mosaic partners directly with solar and home improvement professionals, who use our simple point-of-sale app to offer financing options to their customers. This makes it easy and affordable for families to make energy-efficient upgrades to their homes. Since 2012, Mosaic has funded more than $7 billion in loans through our platform and helped more than 200,000 homeowners switch to sustainable solutions. How We Interview & Hire
Our interview process begins with an intro call to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if Mosaic is a mutual fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule a call with the hiring manager. All interviews are held remotely, phone or video. Additionally you will meet other team members and a couple of other people you would interface with outside of your direct team.
