Why Now

Over 20 million people today are paid to babysit network operations. It is an exhausting 24/7 responsibility. The tasks are repetitive, time-sensitive, and involve swimming through more data and alerts than any team can reasonably ever handle, resulting in unnecessary down-times and failures to scale. The costs of these outages is estimated to be $40B/year in lost revenue and climbing quickly. Moreover, even when someone identifies a potential issue, the process of applying a fix is often manual, time-consuming, and even in best case scenarios requires a human operator to choose what actions or scripts to apply.
Ideally, most of this should be automated, not removing engineers entirely but moving them up the food chain so that computers can offload 90% of what IT personnel are doing today.

Our interview process begins with an introduction call or video to help you learn more about the role, learn more about your interests, and help decide if there is a potential fit. If we move forward, we'll schedule one more phone/video call to deep dive into your technical (Engineering) skills. Finally, the onsite interview can always work around your schedule's flexibility, but we like to have you meet several key stakeholders on the team, as well as one of our Founders.
