SHIPUP

Shipup is a multi-national SaaS company, co-founded in 2016, with the mission to help e-retailers provide the best post-purchase experience.

Their idea was to address the omnipresent paradox of e-commerce: retailers spend billions to acquire new customers whilst 80% of their business is generated by former consumers. The loyalty of e-commerce brands is strongly correlated to the security and speed of delivery: this is where Shipup comes into play.

After being incubated at Station F, Shipup opened its first office in Paris in 2018 and that same year raised 1.2€ million in funding to help bolster its growth.

A new round of funds (A Series) of 6 million euros was then announced in June 2020 to stimulate its international development (Europe & USA).

Shipup now has more than 50 employees, representing more than 10 nationalities speaking more than 8 languages. The company has offices in Paris, France and Brooklyn, New York with plans to expand even further in the future.
