Servy is a mobile app that empowers a community of frequent diners to complete private restaurant evaluations in exchange for meal reimbursements and donations to charity.

Mystery shopping is currently a $1.5Bn+ industry in which restaurants pay up to $500 for a single evaluation. There are millions of businesses that either cannot afford or don’t get enough value from the legacy process. Servy's next generation platform delivers a higher quantity of evaluations at an affordable rate to provide actionable insights to restaurants. Not to mention, Servy is the first mystery dining service that enables restaurants to profit on every evaluation, making Servy a marketing tool as well.

About the founders:

Rob and Julien met in the 6th grade and played organized basketball together through high school. They ultimately went to Cornell University together, where Rob studied Hospitality Management and Julien studied Information Science. Rob then went on to Ernst & Young where he was a consultant, and Julien went on to GE to be a developer.
