If you accept our interview request, which we so hope you do :), we will do a phone screen with our VP of Engineering that will cover a small verbal coding test. From there, we will bring you onsite to our lovely new office in the Financial District to meet the team! The majority of the onsite interview will be white-boarding relevant concepts with each interviewer, and of course there will be a culture/values based portion with SchoolMint's HR Manager. If we are all a good fit for one another, we will move forward with the offer process. We look forward to speaking with you!
