What We Do

At Rheo, we are building a new social video platform that delivers a curated stream of short-form videos personalized to viewer tastes and viewing habits. We believe that as the online video space has grown it's gotten too fragmented and users are too often faced with the paradox of choice. Simply put, users spend too much time searching and not enough time watching.

We want to change all that and we've built a platform the delivers a simple stream of curated videos personalized to each user to do so. We're currently available on Apple TV, iPhone, and mobile and desktop web. Beyond our watching experience, we've created a video-focused social network with camera-based sharing so that Rheo users can react to videos the watch on the platform and curate their own audiences that follow their tastes and watch their Reactions.

We are excited about the future of our platform and the new ways people can watch, discover and react to great videos on it!

Our Hiring Process
We have a simple streamlined process. First, you'll be screened on the phone by one of our hiring managers. Then you'll come in for a face to face meeting with our Founder for a casual 1:1 conversation. Finally, you'll go through a 3 part loop that will cover technical skills and project management/execution.
