Returnly was born from a vision of a radically improved online marketplace where all constituents have aligned interests. Online commerce as we know it is flawed: the lack of product evaluation and assessment is a source of friction that supply has failed to eliminate. As a result, consumers are asked to factor in some uncertain, variable transaction costs. Returnly’s mission is to fix this problem. We’re using modern technology to build the catalyst that will enable a de-risked online marketplace.
The platform for brands that want better returns. Scale returns management, offer the best customer experiences and get better ROI from your post-purchase investment.
Eligible shoppers can exchange or return products online, receiving an instant store refund to start shopping again right away.
Returnly guarantees all repurchases and settles directly with merchants in real-time taking on 100% of the return and customer risk. We also take care of all the reverse logistics headaches merchants don't want to deal with, like labeling, shipping, tracking packages and processing returns while keeping shoppers informed along the way, reducing friction even further.
With Returnly, merchants can improve the overall shopping experience, streamline operations and generate incremental revenue to grow their business.
