    Reforge is a profitable company led by experienced entrepreneurs such as Brian Balfour (2X venture backed founder, former VP Growth @ HubSpot) and advisors such as Andrew Chen (Uber), Noah Kagan (Sumo, Mint, Facebook) and Russell Glass (Founder of Bizo, Acq by LinkedIn).

    At Reforge, our mission is to help experienced professionals fulfill their potential. Professional development and masters level education is a lifelong endeavor but there is a growing gap of what professionals want/need and the existing options available. We aim to redefine masters level education by providing our members:

    • Highly relevant, applicable, and engaging knowledge.
    • Meaningful relationships with other experienced practitioners.
    • Examples, inspiration, and anecdotes from the world’s top practicing leaders.

    How We Hire

    We believe in hiring people based on their actual work and creations versus paper credentials or interviewing skills. Every interview involves a few components:

    • The process starts with an introduction video call. The hiring lead will walk through their personal experience and the Reforge story and mission. We will then walk through your background, what you want to accomplish in your next role, and a situational question related to the role.
    • We will then give you a small take home project (typically 2-4 hours) to give you an opportunity to display your talents/skills.
    • Based on the project we will invite you for an in person interview. You will spend time with Brian Balfour the Founder/CEO and Susan Su the Head of Marketing. The interview will orient around the project that you prepped.
    • At this point we will either extend an offer or invite you back for a 2nd in person.
