• “Get to Know You” Call
The interview process can be grueling for everyone involved. At Rally, we aim to make your time as a candidate enjoyable and productive. After we review your application, you may get a call from us. During this call, we just want to get to know you better and see where you are in your job hunt.
• Skill Screen (sometimes…)
Every Rallyer represents the top of their class when it comes to the work that they do. We understand how valuable your skills and talent are and want to help you grow them. For some of our roles, we ask our candidates to give us a sample of just how talented they are.
• Phone Interview
After that first phone call, it’s time to jump on the phone with the manager of the position for which you’re applying. This call is a great opportunity for you to ask your potential future manager any questions you might have. And don’t worry, this is just like another “Get to Know You” call. Our leaders are very passionate about the work they do and like to get to know the people who might one day join their team.
• Face-to-Face Interviews
Now it’s time for us to meet! Whether we’re meeting over Hangouts or we get to meet you in person, this day will be filled with opportunities for you to get to know people who might soon be your peers.
