As a company, we take hiring very seriously and try to prepare you as much as possible to ensure a positive experience. During the first phone screen, our recruiters will ensure you have a clear understanding of the product and role you are interviewing for. They will also explore your background and ability to perform the responsibilities of the job. Next, you will have a 30-minute phone conversation with the hiring manager. In this session, they will dive deeper into the day-to-day of the opportunity and your potential working relationship. They will also take the time to explore previous projects you worked on, how you might add value to the team, and your interest in Quid. The technical challenge and on-sites vary from team to team, your recruiter will give you more insight on what to expect during those stages.
