Our interview process

We know how stressful it can be when searching for a great place to work. With that in mind, at Questrade, we want to keep our hiring process as open and transparent as possible. We believe that work doesn't need to suck and the job search doesn't have to either.

For us, finding a great candidate to join the Questrade family is a tough decision. Similarly, we understand finding a career you love and a workplace where you can thrive is a big decision too. We will be available to answer any questions and keep you updated on the process as we move through it together. We keep our process short and sweet, with one first round phone call with our Talent Management team, followed by two on-site technical interviews so you can meet with your future manager, peers, key stakeholders and really get to know us.
