The cofounders share a solid experience building products for large companies. Vadim (CEO) has worked at Bain & co. in valuations and pricing and has a Master's in Engineering and Management from Oxford. Stefan (CTO) has worked at IBM and Booking.com and has a Master's in Artificial Intelligence.
Proportunity started as part of the Entrepreneur First, Europe's most prestigious deep tech incubator in London.

Our core technology turns data into quantifiable insights that help real estate investors make safer, more informed decisions. We analyse large amounts of data from various sources in multiple formats to understand how the real estate market evolves over time, and take a peek into future growth. We use these insights to drive our decision-making when lending to first time buyers.
The mindset we share at Proportunity is that we don’t expect anyone to know all the answers, but we should have a plan how to get closer to them. We like to learn, adapt and share knowledge with the team.
We hate long interviewing processes just as much as you do, so we try to keep it straightforward! You'll get the chance to show us what you've got, but also give us a taste of our own medicine. We're expecting candidates to be inquisitive and show passion for our work and the problems we're solving. Here's a quick overview of what you'll go through:
1) Phone interview - we'd like to get to know you and understand why you're looking to work alongside our awesome team!
2) Technical interview - ...well, two or three interviews :D. Here you get to meet some of our team members and go through some technical problems that are very similar to the ones you'd have to work on on a regular day at Proportunity. Here you'll get to show us your excellent skills and how you tackle a real-world problem.
3) Working alongside the team - we want everyone we hire to get a good feel of what working with us would be like. If you got this far, you're already a talented professional and we're pretty sure we want to work with you. This stage gives you time to work on an actual problem, with actual data and with the actual Proportunity team.
