When the Peloton team goes to workout, it’s never without virtual visitors from its users. This reminds each employee that the impact they have goes far beyond the office. Employees can glance over at the map on the wall and see every city that a Peloton bike has been sent to and the far reaches of the Peloton community—stretching from California to France.
The Peloton team loves a stiff drink, and it keeps scotch bottles displayed on a shelf to symbolize the different stages of the company’s growth and popularity. The first bottle of scotch represents the first bike to ever be shipped to a customer, and the second was a class that has a 100 people signed up at the same time.
