    Pariveda has a well defined career path and transparent salaries with eligibility for promotion every year, with either a 10% or 20% raise. We match 4% of 401(k) contributions and employees are immediately 100% vested in the 401(k) plan in both employer and employee contributions.

    Vacation and time off

    Pariveda offers 20 PTO days, 10 holidays, and 8 weeks of paid parental leave. We value a healthy work-life balance and encourage employees to use their vacation days. At the Principal and VP level, we also offer a paid Sabbatical after 5 years of service.
