Paradym www.theparadym.com, is a self development platform looking to help people become the best version of themselves. Our goal is to try and close the gap between who people want to be and who they really are. Our mission is to shift the existing paradigm of narcissistic self-focus exacerbated by traditional social media channels and instead replace it with self-awareness. Thus leading to widespread, impactful benefits for all parts of society from the workplace to personal life.
Self Development is a $12 billion market in the US alone, and many startups are trying to get a piece of that pie through various approaches. We aim to offer a holistic solution, rather than a coping mechanism. Our goal is for people to become aware before they face a problem. Join us to technologically transform self development, and be part of the ride from the very beginning.
Paradym is a small team of people looking to positively impact the world. We’re looking to add a smart and committed engineer to our team of dedicated individuals. Although we are a small team right now, we represent 5 countries on 4 continents - so we welcome people from all walks of life.
